Apply now for scholarship funding offered by GIPAW [Governmental Information Processing Association of Wisconsin]. The GIPAW scholarship committee is very excited to announce the availability of three scholarship programs. Up to $5000 will be awarded after review of all qualified applicants.

1.  The first program goes out to HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. To be eligible, the student must reside or attend a school within any GIPAW member’s jurisdiction. Applicants can include high school seniors enrolling in the field of Information Technology. GIPAW members may distribute this application within their jurisdictions on a voluntary basis.

2.  The second program goes out to students enrolled in POST SECONDARY SCHOOL. To be eligible, the student must reside or attend a school within any GIPAW member’s jurisdiction. Applicants can include any student enrolled in the field of Information Technology. GIPAW members who are individually pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree or special certification should also use this application. GIPAW members will distribute this application within their jurisdictions on a voluntary basis.

3.  The third program revolves around GIPAW members. If your department’s training budget comes up a little short, submit an application detailing your needs for consideration. This award can be applied to technical training or staff development such as customer service, project management skills, etc.
