Payment by credit card or e-check may be made at the following website: https://wcca.wicourts.gov. After agreeing to the website terms select PAY FEES and follow the instructions (a small convenience fee is added). If you do not have internet access, you may call 832-5134 or 968-2991 and leave a message. For account questions, please call 832-4780 or 832-5648 and leave message.

If you wish to file a new court action like small claims, civil, divorce or file a Temporary restraining order or other case type please call 832-5131. My staff will work through the form requirements, filing fee, requirements on the number of copies you need and how to receive an authenticated copy.

For case filings that do not require a filing fee, you may fax those to 920-832-5115. Questions on traffic cases and not guilty pleas can be directed to 832-5653.

Record requests can be completed over the phone (or by fax to 920-832-5115) and emailed to you after payment. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, you can send a written request to:  Outagamie County Clerk of Courts, 320 S Walnut Street, Appleton, WI 54911. All record requests questions can call 832-5130 for future assistance. Per Wis. Stat. 814.61(10), copies are $1.25 per page.
