It depends. If you registered your DD-214 with either the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs or your local county's Register of Deeds in Wisconsin, we can probably find a copy. You will need to show a valid ID to pick up a copy. If you moved from another state, then you may want to check with that local Veterans Service Office. Otherwise, you can complete at Records Request through the National Personnel Records Center (click on the tile above).

Possibly. There are many factors to consider. The Veterans Administration has a quick virtual checklist on their WEBSITE which will step you through eligibility criteria. Although the 10-10EZ form is not too difficult, we would love to help you fill out this form and answer your questions. 

The PACT Act expanded and extended eligibility for VA health care for Veterans with toxic exposures and Veterans of the Vietnam, Gulf War, and post-9/11 eras- these benefits MAY extend to dependents. There is a PLETHORA of information on the PACT Act WEBSITE.
