The Department of Recycling and Solid Waste is requesting information and proposals from firms to provide an odor and dust control system in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) located in Appleton, WI.

There will be one site tour (not mandatory) on January 21st at 9:00am (see RFP Section 3.0 for details).
