The Board meets pursuant to adjournment, and is called to order by Chairperson Nooyen at 5:30 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 410 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Ordinance No. Z-6—2017-18– Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Recommend adoption of the petition of Julio De Arteaga to rezone Lot 2 Certified Survey Map 7420 totaling approximately 7 acres in the Town of Center from the General Agriculture District to the Industrial District, as depicted on the attached review and map.
Ordinance No. Z-7—2017-18– Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Recommend the proposed Amendment to the Outagamie County Comprehensive Plan of Lot 2 Certified Survey Map 7420 totaling approximately 7 acres in the Town of Center from the Agriculture District to the Industrial District, as depicted on the attached review and map.
Resolution No. 107—2017-18– Finance Committee. Authorize and approve of transferring $7,500 from the UW Fox Valley Purchased Services account to the Capital Outlay account as noted on the attached fiscal note.
Resolution No. 108—2017-18 - Property, Airport, Recreation & Economic Development Committee and Public Safety Committee. Approve declining the creation of an oversight committee for the Airport hangar design.
