Note to Outagamie County Employees on Updating Civil Rights Posters:
Please reach out to the Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator before updating any postings that may have become damaged or stolen in waiting rooms or other areas of the office. Many of the postings below are particular to certain programs and have requirements in both size and lamination that must be met for them to be deemed “compliant,” according to state and federal requirements. In general, you will not need to concern yourself with updating the posters unless a posting is damaged, stolen, or an updated version is sent by myself through either inter-office mail (most typical way you will receive postings) or in-person drop off (relevant only to larger 11x17” postings). The only time a posting should be removed is upon receiving an updated version from myself or notification from myself/your department head that a poster is no longer required and does not have an updated version to replace it.
