The Outagamie County VOAD fosters communication and coordination with local government and Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster in Outagamie County. Our mission is to promote efficient, streamlined service delivery to people and animals affected by disaster and eliminating unnecessary duplication of effort throughout the four phases of disaster: mitigation, preparation, response, and recovery. The VOAD has participation from the following organizations with other organizations providing resources during an event.
