The Outagamie County Hazard Mitigation Plan delivers detailed information on the level and magnitude of risk at the county and municipal level, along with effective strategies to minimize the impact of these risks.

Outagamie County Emergency Management invited partners at the local, county, regional, and federal levels to participate in the Planning Team for the Hazard Mitigation Plan. This Team met monthly in various locations to complete the plan update. Public review and input were encouraged through various outreach methods and at all meetings.
