Wisconsin has many programs that can help you and your family.  You can apply for benefits and programs online, by phone, by mail, or in person at the Outagamie County Economic Support division or by contacting the East Central Income Maintenance Partnership (ECIMP).  Looking for information on how to apply?  Check out the Guide to Applying for tips on applying, letters you'll get, proof you may need to provide, and helpful resources.

What you may need to apply:

  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • U.S. citizenship or immigration status
  • Housing and utility expenses
  • Job information
  • Income information
  • Other income information, like if you or someone in your home gets child support, unemployment, or Social Security
   

FoodShare Logo

 

 

FoodShare Wisconsin - helps people with limited
income buy the food they need for good health.

FoodShare Employment and Training - provides
FoodShare recipients support and assistance
with obtaining and maintaining employment.

 

BadgerCare Logo

Wisconsin Medicaid - Wisconsin's Health Care
program provides payments for medical needs
of persons that meet the eligibility criteria.

 

(W-2) Wisconsin Works - provides employment
preparation services, case management, and
cash assistance to parents and pregnant women.

 

County Burial Program - provides payment
of burial costs of certain eligible persons.

 

Caretaker Supplement - provides parents on SSI
a cash payment for eligible minor child/ren.

 

   

REPORT FRAUD - alleged fraud activities involving
any of the public assistance programs administered
by Economic Support.  Call 920-832-1641.

Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance -
designed to help in need persons cope with increased 
costs of home heating.

 

My WI ChildCare

MyWIChildCare - supports eligible families by funding a
portion of the cost of child care while the parents are 
working or participating in an approved activity.

 

My Access
