The matter of legal custody and physical placement are separate from the financial support of your children. Wisconsin's Child Support program has no authority to enforce custody or placement orders and Child Support Agencies do not address changes to these orders. If you are looking for assistance with custody/placement you will need to contact the Clerk of Courts for information on how to file your own motion or seek private counsel for help in this matter.

By stipulation - If the parties are in agreement to make the change, any stipulation would need to be approved by the Child Support Agency.

The Self-Help Center is a FREE service offered by Outagamie County to assist residents that do not have access to an attorney to complete their divorce paperwork. They may be able to help with completion of forms, etc. The Self-Help Center is not a legal clinic and cannot give you legal advice.

Payment records can be obtained by signing into your CSOS account - https://csos.wisconsin.gov/login

All payments need to be sent to the Wisconsin Child Support Collections Trust Fund (WISCTF). The Outagamie County Child Support Agency accepts payments by check, cashier’s check and money order in agency and will forward them to WISCTF for you. Checks must be payable to WISCTF.
