Outagamie County Aging Long Term Support Advisory Committee 

The Outagamie County Aging Long Term Support Advisory Committee will support division staff to improve the quality of life for persons by helping them to remain independent and productive. The Committee will represent, empower and advocate on behalf of the population served.  The members will help guide, counsel, and advise Outagamie County ALTS Division staff to serve, advocate, and respond to the needs of Outagamie County older persons, family caregivers, and those who have a disability including adults and children in the programs and services offered to these populations.  Advisory Meetings will be held quarterly throughout the year.
