This permit is for all oversized and overweight loads traveling County highways.

Single Trip Information Form: SINGLE TRIP Permit Information

Multiple Trip Information Form: MULTIPLE TRIP Permit Information

*** This permit requires submission 3 business days in advance of moving event.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:  

1. Complete either the Single or Multiple Trip Permit Information above. 

    

2. Submit/attach the form in the required portion of the Portal Application by clicking on the City View Web Portal below.

    

3. Attach your Certificate of Liability Insurance.
