The Outagamie County Treatment Courts are dedicated to enhancing public safety and promoting community well-being through effective interventions for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. For over 15 years, we’ve demonstrated that a combination of support and evidence-based treatment can guide participants toward stability, health, and recovery.
Criminal Justice Treatment Services (CJTS) offers three post-conviction treatment courts: the multi-track Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court, Mental Health Court, and the multi-track Veterans Treatment Court. Our programs provide intensive, judicially supervised interventions that effectively combine drug and alcohol treatment, mental health support, rehabilitation services, and community supervision. Successfully participating in a treatment court program can prevent incarceration, avoid Department of Corrections (DOC) revocation, and may lead to reduced or dismissed charges.
We focus on delivering personalized support tailored to each individual’s unique needs. By collaborating closely with treatment providers, law enforcement, community supervision, defense, prosecution, and the judiciary, we establish a strong support network.
Together, we strive to break the cycle of criminal behavior, promote positive community engagement, and improve the lives of participants and their families. United, we can forge a path to recovery and strengthen our community.
