Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 801.18 all licensed attorneys and high volume filers are required to utilize the Wisconsin Circuit Courts e-filing system. However, any party to a case may voluntarily register to use this system. As a court appointed guardian, you may utilize this system to submit Annual Reports, Annual Accounts, correspondence, and other requests of the court to save yourself a trip to file documents in person or to eliminate the time and expenses associated with sending paperwork through the mail.
If you are interested in using the e-filing system, you will need create an e-filing account on the Wisconsin Court System's e-filing website: efiling.wicourts.gov. The links below provide general information, step-by-step instructions, and video tutorials that will assist you in creating an e-filing account, navigating the e-filing website, and uploading documents into the e-filing system.
Please be aware the the Wisconsin Court System website is maintained by CCAP (Consolidated Court Automation Programs) and not the Outagamie County Register in Probate Office. Although this office may be able to answer general questions about the e-filing website, we are not experts, and some questions are best directed to the Wisconsin Courts e-filing Support Center at 1-800-462-8843.
